Wolfgang Laib Crossing the River
Wolfgang Laib's work is characterised by a profound relationship with nature and a declared belief in simplicity inspired by eastern philosophies from India and holistic understanding in the Western culture. The temporary installation focuses on the juxtaposition between a small mound of colour-intensive pollen as well as a laid-out field of thousands of rice mounds and a eucharist casket.
The exhibition is accompanied by a publication by Lars Müller Publishers with text contributions and installation views.
