Ron Mueck in Exposition Générale Inaugural group exhibition at the Fondation Cartier

Ron Mueck's Woman with Shopping (2014) is on display in the inaugural exhibition at the reopened Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain, Paris. 

Reflecting the institution's history, its programming, and its openness to the world in all its diversity, the Fondation Cartier Collection traces forty years of international contemporary art. The Exposition Générale presents the foundational elements of this unique heritage through emblematic works and selected excerpts from exhibitions that have punctuated its programming since its creation in 1984. It reveals the dynamic nature of a collection that, throughout its history, has been built through exhibitions.
