Antony Gormley appointed Companion of Honour Antony Gormley receives the highest accolade in the King's birthday honours

Sir Antony Gormley has been appointed Companion of Honour, the highest possible accolade in the King's birthday honours list. The award comes after he was knighted in the 2014 New Year Honours for services to arts, having previously been appointed OBE. There are only 65 Companions of Honour at any one time.
