Reading by Christoph Ransmayr Under a Sky of Sugar. Ballads and Poems

In his most recent book, ‘Under a Sky of Sugar,’ Christoph Ransmayr tells in ballads and poems of adventurous journeys not only into the high mountains, into the blue of the sky or to the shores of the sea, but also through time.

Anselm Kiefer accompanies Ransmayr's ballads and poems with a series of watercolors that he has created exclusively for this volume.

Join us for a reading by the author on 27 July 2024 at 7 p.m
Wiener Saal, Stiftung Mozarteum, Salzburg

The reading will be accompanied by Wolfgang Muthspiel's musical compostions created specifically for this artistic interchange, and projections of Anselm Kiefer's works. 

The reading will be held in German.
