Han Bing at Reiffers Art Initiatives Prize INFILTRÉES – 5 manières d’habiter le monde

12 May — 17 June 2023
Acacias Art Center Paris

INFILTRÉES – 5 manières d’habiter le monde is the second group show of the Reiffers Art Initiatives Prize 2023.

'Curated by Ludovic Delalande [...] the exhibition will bring together the works of five emerging artists from the contemporary scen. [...] It will highlight the artistic process of these young talents and will reward the beginning of the career of one of them, who will receive the Prize on Wednesday, June 7.

This new group show brings together 5 artists from all over the world: Meriem Bennani, Han Bing, Bianca Bondi, Binta Diaw et Ser Serpas. [...] Artists who are not content to simply engage with the world, but who work just as hard to reconfigure it aesthetically and conceptually to propose other visions and other ways of making the world, together.

Han Bing will thus search the city's meanders for the visual objects and elements that will constitute the raw material of [her] pieces. [Her paintings] form abstract poems that tell of our relationship to our environment and our ability to make it our own, to reassemble it as well as to sublimate it.
