In memory of Alfredo Bianchini, President of the Vedova Foundation

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Alfredo Bianchini, who served as President of the Emilio and Annabianca Vedova Foundation since its establishment. A distinguished lawyer and former member of parliament, Bianchini was profoundly committed to the Foundation, which he led for two decades with unwavering passion and dynamic resolve, faithfully upholding the artist’s wishes.

His vision, integrity, and tireless dedication have left an indelible mark on the Foundation and on all those privileged to work alongside him.

The Vedova Foundation is devoted to preserving the artist’s work and advancing his legacy through collaborations with leading international museums and cultural institutions. It places particular emphasis on the themes of “painting – space – time – history,” which were central to Emilio Vedova’s artistic vision.
